LINKS
Here are a few links to websites of my friends or of websites I use. Feel free to click on any of them.
POETS: Some of my poet friends either have their own websites or are on Twitter, these include
Lemn Sissay, Mike Garry, fellow comic poet Marvin Cheeseman, Segun Lee French, Chanje Kunda and Tony Walsh. I'm also friends with novelist and story teller Pete Kalu and surrealist writer H P Tinker.
I'm also a member of Manchester club nite called Speakeasy. It is place where, musicians, poets, mcs, et al can meet and show off their skills. There's also a live band and a DJ to round the night off in style. These events currently happen sporadically. Also checkout the site of former Speakeasy member the late Dike Omeje.
I also get my business advice from venture capitalist Sir Timothy Mustard Jones.
Some of you may know me as a comedian. Why not try the Manchester Comedy Forum, where you can find out what comedians are like when they're not on stage.
Here are a few writing organistions, they are good for finding out information. There's Commonword and Write Out Loud and poetry organisation Apples and Snakes.I get some of my showbiz news from digitalspy and music news from the NME.
And if you have money troubles, (maybe you bought one too many of my books) then why not try out money saving expert Martin Lewis's website.
