Julian Daniel is a comedy writer, educator & podcaster based in SE London.
Broadcaster: For the last few years Julian has been Prong1 in the topical comedy podcast 3Prong Attack.
Prior to moving to London, Julian was the newspaper reviewer on the BBC Radio Manchester Breakfast show and still appears on the station when he's back in Manchester.
WRITER: Blogging for over 10 years including Inside the mind of a unknown comedian and
football blog The view from the Trevor.
He also co-wrote tongue-in-cheek relationship book, How to Dump your Girlfriend.
POET: Performed his very accessible comedy poems throughout the country.
COMPERE: An experienced host of many different kind of arts events.
WRITING WORKSHOPS: Julian has facilitated writing workshops in many settings for both adults and children including schools and prisons.
WORK in EDUCATION: Teaching Assistant, working with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD and Down's syndrome.
He's also an Intervention Tutor for the Children's Literacy Charity helping primary school pupils to improve their reading & writing.
LEADERSHIP: In 2016, Julian was invited to take part in the Lewisham Civic Leadership Programme. A scheme to identify future community leaders. Soon after this he moved to Southwark.
ADVICE: Julian has also been a volunteer with Brightside as an online mentor. He offered guidance and support to young people so they can consider their career options. Julian has previously volunteered at the Lewisham branch of Careers Development Agency, helping people considered long-term unemployed with their CVs and job search.
